“This was bought for me in 1974 in Belgium by my then Belgian fiancee (now my wife). I wore once or twice then carefully stored it away in a clothes draw. It remains in excellent condition and has just been washed to freshen it up. Size is large c 43/44 inch chest. This is a period reproduction of the jersey worn by Felice Gimondi who won the 1973 World Road race in Barcelona beating Maertens, Ocaña and Merckx in the sprint. Now a rare and collectable item.”
