“Good used condition. Tested by this AV-specialist seller and guaranteed working in the following tested ways: I guarantee the unit as a functioning power conditioner for all outlets. The front control panel works perfectly and all outlets are controllable for power, delay and name programming. The factory set outlet power delay of 3 seconds works great. The programmable power delay is untested. None of the UPC or online functions have been tested and the unit is sold as-is in that regard. Cosmetically the unit has some light imperfections on the front touch-screen and a good number of scratches on all sides. See photos.”
