“Was originally purchased from a farm on the outskirts of Preston some 40 years ago and we had it in our cottage bedroom until moving ten years back. Bought as an original Victorian brass and iron bed. It is in used condition but is genuinely being sold due to a change to an electric bed, hence the reason for sale. The mattress is spotless having been protected and the base is in good condition other than a break of fabric in one corner as shown on the photo but is out of sight as covered by the mattress.”
