“In great vintage condition but some age related wear and tear which is to be expected for a piece of this age. The table and chair frames have been given a thorough clean. The table top and leaves have been stripped and refinished. There is a mark to one of the table legs which may have been a spill to it but it hasn"t come off with a clean. I have shown this in photo 10. The chairs have some wear to the frames for example the top edge of the back panel as seen in photo 9. The actual fabric on the chairs is in good condition and hard wearing.”
