“Rings lock and unlock properly. This set is clean and structurally solid. It is NOT falling apart and is still perfectly usable. The front cover does has a bit of creasing and there were two small areas along the edges where the plastic was beginning to separate. These areas were neatly and securely repaired with tape. Folders have some wear around the holes. Please do view all of the photos.”
