“The item is in good used condition and structurally sound. The rattan exterior is showing wear and marks in various places that is commensurate with us and time, particularly to the top. The rattan edges at the top front have been nailed in, maybe because they were starting to come away. The cupboard areas show some wear, there is watermark on the base and the veneer to one of the shelves has peeled slightly away. There is some water damage to the back of the item. All drawers and doors are working well. Please study photos closely for a more informed view of the current condition of the item.”
